Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integration Developer to independently own and deliver complex Workday integration initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise across the Workday integration ecosystem and the ability to contribute with minimal ramp-up time, supporting both strategic project work and mission-critical production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations end-to-end.
- Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Orchestrate.Experience with Workday Web Services and APIs (REST and SOAP)
- Develop and support PECI/PICOF payroll integrations.
- Design integrations between Workday and external enterprise applications using custom REST APIs.
- Build and maintain reporting solutions using Workday Reports, RaaS,



and Calculated FieldsImplement and manage integration authentication and security, including OAuth 2.0, ISU (Integration System User) configuration, Integration System Security Groups, domain security policies, and API scopes.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing production support
- Support recurring business-critical programs, including Annual Compensation Review (ACR), Mid-Year Performance processes, and biannual Workday releases/regression testingContribute to strategic initiatives such as Workday Payroll, My Total Rewards (MTR), Moveworks, and recent third-party/vendor integrations
- Partner effectively with business, security, architecture, and external vendor teams throughout the integration lifecycle
