Job Description
We are looking for physically fit and hardworking Construction Helpers to join a major construction project in Abu Dhabi. As a Construction Helper, you will provide essential physical support on job sites, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the site remains safe and productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Prep & Maintenance: Explicit debris and hazards to maintain a clean workspace.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials, machinery, and tools across the site.
- Trade Support: Assist carpenters, plumbers, and electricians by holding materials or passing tools.
- Structural Work:
Help assemble and dismantle scaffolding, bracing, and barricades.
- Earthwork: Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth using manual tools.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic machinery such as drills, saws, grinders, and concrete mixers.
Salary:30000 INR Per Month
Requirements
- Work Experience: Fresher
- Skills: Basic knowledge of construction assistance and physical stamina.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work 10-hour shifts in challenging outdoor environments.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and commitment to safety regulations.
