We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Content Editor with strong English language skills and experience in content editing. The role involves reviewing and improving learning content while ensuring accuracy, consistency, readability, and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and readability.

- Review courses, assessments, projects, and content-related documents.

- Evaluate online self-learning videos for language quality and learner experience.

- Ensure content meets defined quality standards.

- Identify and track content defects and work toward resolution.

- Ensure consistency across documents and courses.

- Coordinate with Program Managers, Learning Designers, and Graphic Designers.

- Provide recommendations to improve course content.





- Support the team in maintaining and improving content quality standards.

- Mentor team members on writing grammatically accurate and engaging content.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Humanities, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in content editing.

- E-learning editing and quality assurance experience is preferred.

- Excellent command of US English.

- Solid attention to detail and meticulous approach to work.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of the Chicago Manual of Style is preferred.
