We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant PeopleSoft Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in PeopleSoft application development and a strong background in Support activities of PeopleSoft application. This role requires expertise in General Ledger (GL) ,Accounts Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) modules within a PeopleSoft (PSF) setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve tickets. Small development tasks have to be handled
- Triage, analyze, and resolve support tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Replicate end-user issues in test environments to perform root-cause analysis on functional bugs, data corruption, or process errors
- Monitor daily and nightly batch jobs (Process Scheduler), resolving failures in Application Engine, SQR, or COBOL programs
- Collaborate with Finance users to understand their issues and help resolve them
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
- Document development and testing processes, configurations, and best practices
- Build and update knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and end-user training guides
