Job Description:

- Develop and support technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management.

- Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts reports based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain Rapid Formulas for payroll calculations, eligibility, validations, accruals, and other HCM business rules.

- Work on Oracle Fusion Payroll technical requirements, including payroll-related reports, extracts, data validation, and troubleshooting.

- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts for inbound and outbound data integrations.

- Perform data loading and migration activities using HDL/HSDL.

- Develop complex SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions,



and packages to support reporting and technical requirements.

- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and provide technical solutions or workarounds.

- Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders for requirement gathering and technical solution design.

- Prepare technical design documents, test scenarios, deployment documentation, and other project deliverables.

- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.

- Coordinate with Oracle Support for critical technical issues and Service Requests (SRs).
