Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions to streamline business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, implement robust solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Automation Development: o Design and develop automation workflows using Automation Anywhere. o Create, test, and deploy bots to automate repetitive tasks and processes. o Optimize existing bots for improved performance and scalability. 2. Process Analysis: o Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities. o Analyze existing processes and recommend automation solutions to improve efficiency. o Document process workflows and automation requirements. 3. Bot Management: o Monitor and maintain deployed bots to ensure smooth operation. o Troubleshoot and resolve issues in bot execution. o Perform regular updates and enhancements to existing bots. 4. Collaboration and Support: o Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions. o Provide training and support to end-users on using bots and automation tools. o Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices. 5. Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Automation Anywhere. o Proactively suggest improvements to existing automation solutions. o Participate in team discussions to enhance overall automation strategies. Required Skills: Proficiency in Automation Anywhere (A360 or earlier versions). Robust understanding of RPA concepts and best practices. Experience in creating and managing bots, including task bots, meta bots, and IQ bots. Knowledge of Excel automation, SQL, and data handling. Basic understanding of programming languages like Python, Java, or .NET is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism). Experience with API integrations and web services. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools. Understanding of process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Automation Anywhere (e.g., Advanced RPA Qualified Certification) are highly preferred.
