Job Role
- To understand clients business & provide appropriate business loan solutions.
- Deal across secured and unsecured lending solutions.
- Work closely with Branch Banking teams for current customer addition.
- To ensure smooth onboarding of the client and catering to client requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal teams, RMs or clients for completion of documentation relating to renewal/ modification/ enhancement or fresh disbursement.
- To coordinate with RMs for business related activities and also help in cross sell.
- Understanding of banking norms and processes.
- Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a customers.
- The candidate would need to handle Sales for a gamut of products like Unsecured BL, BLOD & FCCR.
Job Requirement
- Qualification- Graduate
- Sales Experience in local market is preferred.
- Courteous and polite with customer service orientation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a customers
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
