Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

- Ensure proper control of all documents in both soft and hard copies in accordance with QMS & EHS requirements including revision history.

- Perform daily shop floor patrols to identify Documentation discrepancies (missing document numbers, revision history, outdated formats/WIS, damaged documents, visualization, etc.)

- Verify that operators follow Work Instructions (WIS) during operations and filling relevant operation records correctly (Verify weekly basis).

- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).

- Coordinate and follow-up with Process owners regarding QMS/EHS internal audits activities of System audit, manufacturing process audits, product audits, etc. And ensure 100% closure of audit observations with proper evidence within the defined timeline.

- Make monthly schedule for the training (Mixing, Current Joining, On Job Training, Skill Matrix), conduct the training as per the schedule (including examinations)



and report the results.

- Conduct skill qualification exam as per annual plan and maintain updating of records.

- Make training contents for the shop floor trainings.

- Verify audit closure effectiveness at defined frequency and report the results.

- Track and verify implementation of Process Changes and 4M Changes (Man, Machine, Material, Method).

- CCTV Camera Monitoring as per plan & Make Observation sheet and get closure of observations.

- Entry data in NSPI internal system.

- Implement 7QC tools, Quality core tools (SPC, MSA etc.) & relevant others.

- Preparation/update of In-house formats/WIS/OPL as per the requirements.

- Can analyze problems and consider action plan, report it exactly to senior person, and implement decisions.

Work as per Quality manager guidance & report on above matters.
