About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager/Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for client engagements. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of projects, from scope definition and planning to quality, timelines, and final outcomes.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading status discussions, managing expectations, and translating complex business needs into actionable delivery plans. A key responsibility will be to lead and coordinate offshore teams across different time zones, proactively removing blockers, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring delivery remains on track.

This position requires a deep understanding of the client's business context, the ability to challenge assumptions constructively, and a proactive approach to proposing creative solutions. You will be responsible for managing project plans, sprint/release cadences, status reporting, risk and issue management, and providing regular stakeholder updates. Effectively managing scope and change requests with both client and internal teams is essential.

Ultimately, you will be accountable for the quality of all deliverables and the overall success of the engagement. Driving retrospectives and implementing process improvements will be key to enhancing delivery predictability and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience: 7+ years in a similar role (Engagement Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager)



with a proven track record of owning offshore delivery for external clients.
- Delivery Ownership: Demonstrated end-to-end delivery responsibility, including scope, planning, execution, quality, and achieving outcomes, beyond just facilitating ceremonies.
- Consultative Approach: A genuine consultant mindset with the ability to understand client business challenges, ask insightful questions, and effectively shape solutions.
- Client-Facing Skills: Strong, confident communication abilities, capable of owning difficult conversations and serving as the primary client contact.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional offshore teams and maintaining delivery accountability across multiple time zones.
- Methodology Proficiency: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, project planning, risk/issue management, and stakeholder management.
- Availability: Willingness and ability to support EST business hours to effectively collaborate with US-based clients and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
- Certifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications are a plus, secondary to demonstrated ownership experience (Preferred).
- Technical Skills: Experience with no-code/low-code platform projects is advantageous (Preferred).
- Domain Knowledge: Experience with insurance clients is a plus (Preferred).
