Job Description We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Project Manager to support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives focused on operational improvement, organizational transformation, and business optimization. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership, operational stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive complex transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation and post-go-live sustainment. Responsibilities include conducting operational assessments, developing project charters, scope documents, implementation plans, governance structures, and stakeholder communications; building business cases supported by financial analysis, cost-benefit evaluations, ROI modeling, and benefit realization tracking; reviewing vendor documentation including RFIs, RFPs, proposals, SOWs, and change orders; preparing executive-level presentations, status reports, dashboards, and financial tracking reports; maintaining project plans and implementation scorecards utilizing Excel and Power BI; facilitating stakeholder workshops and governance meetings; developing future-state processes, policies, standards, and governance frameworks; and leading organizational change management efforts through communication planning, training coordination, stakeholder engagement,

Skills and Requirements - Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience supporting enterprise-wide operational, revenue cycle, ERP, digital transformation, or strategic initiative programs. - Background with consulting firms such as Deloitte, Huron, Guidehouse, Chartis, ECG, Accenture, or similar organizations. PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or other project/change management certifications.
