Join our team as we help shape the future. **Position Overview** **The Cloud Services team is seeking a** **Senior Cloud Reliability Engineer** **to help design, operate, and continuously improve Cloud API Hosting Platforms a large-scale, multi-cloud platform environment (AWS & GCP skills preferred).** **This team is responsible for the** **engineering, reliability, and governance of 200+ cloud services** **supporting critical business workloads. The role blends** **hands-on technical delivery** **with** **platform strategy, reliability standards, and automation at scale** **.** **You will work closely with global engineering, security, and infrastructure teams, including senior leadership, to ensure Cloud API Hosting Platforms are secure, resilient, observable, and cost-effective.** **Key Responsibilities** + Assists in the development, maintenance and operations of IT services across 200+ infra services across our Cloud transformation landscape. + Develop solutions and drive adoption of enterprise solutions such as Cyber Protection, Disaster Recovery, and Security enhancements, across Line of business teams. + Drive improvement, through automation, of software delivered as a service from an efficiency and simplicity perspective. + Provide clear operational documents and construction/support specifications to IT userbase. + Provide insight into operational Metrics across the entire Cloud Environment. + Consult with customers on any new requirements,



design questions or functionality configurations for environments on and off premise + Deliver the tooling and capabilities needed to enable cloud compliance, metrics, reporting and cost management roadmap and strategy. + Participate in incident resolution and change implementation as necessary. This may occasionally include support during non standard hours. **Required Skills & Experience** : + Expert cloud engineering mindset with cloud experience across public cloud providers and the technologies most frequently used in engineering and managing highly reliable and automated technology environments. + Expert experience with API management or hosting platforms (Apigee, AWS API Gateway) + Expertise with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, containers, distributed systems). + Expert knowledge of performance and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch, Cloud Trail, and related tools. + Expert understanding of CI/CD, release automation, and DevOps tooling. + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills. + Knowledge of networking fundamentals, API security, and Zero Trust principles. + Experience with incident command roles in major incident processes. + Intermediate knowledge and experience with cloud product management, cloud engineering, and Agile principles. + Intermediate Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform + Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills. **Nice to Have** + Intermediate knowledge of Ansible. + Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is also a plus. **What We Offer** + Collaborative work environment with global teams. + Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. + Continuous learning and growth opportunities in geospatial and risk analytics technologies.
