Industry: Automotive / Automobile Dealership Key Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the organization. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies based on business requirements. Manage job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding. Partner with department heads and management to understand manpower requirements. Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Manage recruitment through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants and other sourcing channels. Ensure timely closure of critical and volume hiring requirements. Coordinate interview schedules and maintain effective candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Track recruitment metrics, turnaround time and hiring progress and provide regular reports to management.
