Job Summary We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying ongoing and upcoming construction projects across Ahmedabad, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in converting potential business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Visit different locations across Ahmedabad to identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects/sites. Collect project details such as location, project stage, requirements, and key decision-makers. Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and other project-related professionals. Generate new sales leads through regular field visits and market research. Understand project requirements and communicate suitable surface solutions.



Follow up with potential clients and leads. Coordinate with the internal sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions. Maintain records of site visits, leads, and customer interactions. Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets. Candidate Requirements Male candidate preferred. 0–1 year of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role. Candidates with relevant experience in building materials, interior products, architectural products, construction, or related industries will be preferred. General education qualification; candidates with good communication and field-sales skills can apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Hindi, Gujarati, and English communication skills required. Willingness to travel across Ahmedabad for field visits. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to work in the field can apply.
