We are looking for a Bidding Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in bidding and lead generation through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and similar platforms.The ideal candidate should have experience identifying relevant projects, preparing customized proposals, communicating with potential clients, and generating qualified leads for IT services.Key ResponsibilitiesSearch and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and other freelancing platformsSubmit customized and client-focused proposals based on project requirementsGenerate qualified leads and maintain a consistent project pipelineCommunicate with clients through platform messages and handle initial discussionsUnderstand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/business development team when requiredFollow up with potential clients and maintain regular communicationManage and optimize freelancing platform profiles, proposals, and service listingsTrack bids, responses, follow-ups, and project statusResearch market trends, competitors, and current bidding opportunitiesRequirements1+ year of hands-on experience as a Bidding Specialist / Bidder / Freelance Business Development ExecutivePractical experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platformsExperience in bidding for IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, ERP, Odoo, Software Development, or similar servicesGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to understand project requirements and create relevant proposalsStrong follow-up and client communication skillsTarget-oriented and self-motivatedAbility to work independently and manage multiple bidding platforms
