We’re looking for a technical leader who still builds.You’ll help shape architecture, develop critical product components, establish engineering standards, mentor developers, and lead the integration of AI into real-world logistics and supply-chain applications.What You’ll Do Lead architecture and development of logistics, inventory, automation, and AI productsDesign scalable full-stack solutions using React, Node.js, Python, Java, and modern cloud technologiesArchitect APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed systemsIntegrate with WMS, MES, YMS, ERP, robotics, and enterprise platformsDesign and implement AI-powered application featuresArchitect RAG, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge retrieval solutionsDesign AI agents and automated workflowsIntegrate vision AI into operational applicationsMake technical decisions around model selection and AI architectureDesign solutions involving IoT, telemetry, edge computing, and real-time dataEstablish architecture patterns, coding standards,



and engineering best practicesLead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineersDrive AI-assisted software development practicesWork directly with Trilogy NextGen US leadership on product strategy and architectureOwn complex technical initiatives from concept through productionWhat We’re Looking For 6–10+ years of skilled software development experienceStrong full-stack engineering backgroundDeep experience with ReactStrong backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or comparable technologiesExperience designing distributed systems and enterprise integrationsStrong API, database, cloud, and event-driven architecture experienceHands-on experience building AI-enabled applicationsUnderstanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic workflowsExperience taking AI solutions from prototype into productionStrong understanding of security, scalability, resiliency, and observabilityArchitecture and technical leadership experienceStrong English communication and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to work autonomously and lead complex initiativesAbility to collaborate closely with Trilogy NextGen US leadership and customersPreferred Logistics or supply-chain technology experienceWMS, MES, YMS, ERP, or transportation-system experienceAutonomous Mobile Robot experienceIoT, telemetry, sensors, scanners, cameras, or hardware integrationsEdge computingVision AIMulti-tenant SaaS architectureExperience leading engineering teamsExperience taking products from 0-to-1We want a hands-on technical leader who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, moves quickly, uses AI to improve engineering velocity, and still likes writing code.
