Apply only if you have been a Reddit user and understand the ecosystem well.The Founder's Office Intern - Marketing Operations will support day-to-day operational activities focused on managing and optimizing Memeta’s presence and content workflows related to Reddit. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Responsibilities include monitoring Reddit communities, coordinating posts and campaigns, and maintaining internal documentation and reports. The intern will assist in executing operational processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and engagement.
The role may also involve basic project coordination & handling communication with internal stakeholders.Qualifications:Effective communication skills for explicit written and verbal interaction with internal teams.Foundational operations management skillsBasic project management skills to help plan, track, and report on tasks and small initiatives.Interest or initial exposure to sales activities, such as assisting in lead tracking or outreach coordination.Familiarity with Reddit and online communities; comfort navigating and understanding internet culture.Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Current student or recent graduate in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools; experience with basic analytics tools is an advantage.
