The initiative will deliver an integrated, scalable, and future-ready solution that enhances operational efficiency, strengthens financial and regulatory capabilities, improves data management and reporting, and provides a solid foundation for sustainable business growth and ongoing modernization.Responsibilities:The Temenos Business Analyst – Payments is responsible for defining, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements for payment solutions, ensuring that payment processes, regulatory obligations,



and operational requirements are effectively translated into solution design and successful project delivery.M andatory Skills Description:Proven experience of 8-10 years as a Business Analyst in banking payments transformation or core banking implementation projects.Proven experience with TPH stand-alone implementation.Strong understanding of payment business processes and payment operations.Experience with:Domestic PaymentsInternational PaymentsCross-Border PaymentsRTGSACH / Bulk PaymentsStanding OrdersDirect DebitsPayment Investigations and ExceptionsKnowledge of payment industry standards and messaging formats, including:SWIFT MT/MXISO 20022SEPA (where applicable)Solid requirements gathering, business process modelling, and documentation skills.Experience preparing:Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)Functional RequirementsProcess FlowsUser StoriesTest ScenariosExperience supporting SIT, UAT, data migration, and deployment activities.Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
