We make science-backed products for fertility, gynaecological and reproductive wellness — menstruation through menopause, and men's fertility too. Every formulation is built on published research and FSSAI-compliant claims, which is why health professionals take us seriously.Our D2C business is growing. Our B2B channel — doctors and nutritionists who recommend and stock our products — currently runs part-time alongside other work. That's the gap this role fills.The roleYou own the entire B2B channel. Not a slice of it.Build a pipeline of nutritionists, dietitians, gynaecologists and oncologists across IndiaReach them over calls, WhatsApp, email and Instagram — get the conversation, then the meetingPresent our brochures, product literature and ingredient science crediblyOnboard them: explain margins, arrange samples, set up the first orderOwn the relationship after that — follow-ups, reorders, coordination, queries. You're their point of contact, not the founderRepresent us at expos and medical conferencesClose collaborations with corporates,



clinics and other brandsYou'll report directly to the founder and have full ownership of the channel. One metric: sales closed. Not dials, not meetings booked.You're a good fit ifYou have 2–4 years selling to doctors, clinics, hospitals or nutritionists — pharma, nutraceuticals, healthtech, diagnostics or medical devicesYou've built a pipeline remotely, over phone and WhatsApp, not only field visitsYou can hold a conversation about ingredients and evidence with a qualified professional without overselling or making claims we can't backYou've carried a revenue target and hit itYou follow up without being chasedNutrition or life sciences background is a plus, not a requirementYou're not a fit ifThis would be your first sales job. We need someone who already knows how doctors think and where they can be reachedYou've only done inbound or call-centre work from a scriptYou need a manager to build your day for youYou're only comfortable selling in person, in one cityYou're used to promising cures or making claims that go beyond what a label allows.
