Role OverviewWe are looking for Oracle EBS HRMS Technical / Techno-Functional Consultants with 3–6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have solid technical skills in Oracle EBS HRMS along with a good understanding of HR business processes.Key Responsibilities• Develop, customize, enhance, and support Oracle EBS HRMS R12.• Work on RICEW components – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows.• Develop and troubleshoot SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher/XML Publisher.• Work with Oracle EBS HRMS APIs, tables, concurrent programs, workflows, flexfields, and interfaces.• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical/techno-functional solutions.• Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business users.• Support integrations with third-party applications and troubleshoot production issues.• Participate in EBS enhancements, implementations, upgrades,



and support projects.Required Skills• 3–6 years of hands-on Oracle EBS HRMS experience.• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills.• Good experience in RICEW.• Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports and/or BI Publisher.• Good understanding of Oracle HRMS technical architecture, tables, and APIs.• Working knowledge of HRMS processes such as Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Absence, or OTL.• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Good to Have• Oracle EBS R12.2 experience.• Payroll technical experience.• Oracle Workflow / OAF / Web ADI.• REST/SOAP integrations or OIC.• EBS upgrade or migration experience.• Exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
