Who We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural machinery sales, dealership development, or area management
- Solid local market knowledge and dealer/distributor network
- Self-driven professional with entrepreneurial mindset




- Own vehicle and willingness to travel
- Passion for agriculture, mechanization, and business growth

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand dealer and distributor network in assigned territory
- Generate retail and institutional sales opportunities
- Identify new business prospects and market potential
- Support dealer onboarding and market development activities
- Coordinate product demonstrations and customer engagement programs
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Submit regular sales and business development reports
