If you're looking for or engaged in any of these, please do not apply.***Job PurposeLead and implement advanced test automation strategies to ensure high‐quality, scalable, and secure software solutions across enterprise platforms. The role focuses on building robust automation frameworks, integrating continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines, and driving quality engineering practices across squads.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Automation: Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, integration). Build reusable assets including test scripts, utilities, and data frameworks.CI/CD Integration: Embed automated testing into pipelines, enabling regression and smoke testing on code commits. Provide visibility through dashboards and reporting.API & Microservices Testing: Automate RESTful API and microservices validation (payloads, status codes, authentication, error handling). Ensure backend stability.Quality Engineering Leadership: Define QE standards, mentor junior engineers, and promote shift‐left testing. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and architects.Test Strategy & Planning: Develop strategies covering functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing. Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and automation scripts.Defect Management: Identify, log, track,



and manage defects. Provide actionable insights and quality metrics (coverage, pass/fail rates, leakage, automation effectiveness).Non‐Functional Testing: Support performance, security, and resilience testing. Contribute to automation of performance scripts and monitoring.Minimum RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldExperience6–10+ years in Software Quality EngineeringProven automation testing experience in enterprise environmentsStrong background in Agile delivery modelsTechnical SkillsAutomation Tools: Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, PlaywrightAPI Testing: Postman, RestAssured, KarateProgramming: Java, C#, Python, JavaScriptFrameworks: BDD (Cucumber, SpecFlow), TestNG/JUnit, data‐driven frameworksDevOps/CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub pipeline integrationOther: SQL/database testing, cloud‐native/microservices, Docker/Kubernetes (advantageous)Company Description-Indsafri believes in the limitless potential of individuals to create and build anything imaginable.
