About the job

About the Role

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to work closely with the founder and assist with day-to-day business activities, communication, scheduling, coordination, research, and personal task management .

This role requires someone who is responsible, organized, proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable handling multiple tasks .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily schedules, meetings, reminders, and appointments
- Handle and follow up on WhatsApp, calls, emails, and other communications
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, employees, vendors, and other contacts
- Conduct online research and collect required information
- Maintain task lists and ensure important tasks are followed up on time
- Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations when required
- Track ongoing projects, deadlines, payments, and follow-ups
- Assist with travel, meetings, events, and other arrangements when required
- Handle confidential business and personal information responsibly
- Support the founder with day-to-day tasks and other assignments

Requirements

- Must be a native/resident of Tamil Nadu




- Tamil and English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Workspace, MS Office, and online tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Must be proactive and willing to take responsibility
- Should be trustworthy and maintain confidentiality
- Freshers can apply if they have the required skills

Salary

25,000 per month
