We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team across Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Hyderabad .
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle customer queries and concerns professionally. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with ticketing tools (Freshdesk or similar).
- Good experience in handling customer calls and emails.
- Chat support experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with different teams.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Log, track, and resolve customer tickets within the defined timelines.
- Provide installation, configuration,
and troubleshooting support for devices and applications.
- Identify hardware and software issues and escalate when required.
- Conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Prepare reports and analyze customer data using MS Excel.
