Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEOs calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.

Track tasks, follow-ups, deadlines, and ensure timely closure.

Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, action items, and monitor execution.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.

Prepare MIS, reports, dashboards, and concise business updates for the CEO.

Identify delays and bottlenecks, proactively escalate issues, and drive execution of CEO decisions.

Handle CEO communications, documentation, administrative requirements, and confidential information with complete discretion.

Qualifications:

1-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.





Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Smart, presentable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently with confidentiality, maturity, and discretion.

Location - Goregaon (6 days working)
