We Are Hiring | Customer Service Executive - Chat Process | Mohali

Location: Mohali

Domain: Premium Home Technology Support

Eligibility: HSC/Graduate (Freshers Welcome)

Graduation Pursuing Candidates Are Not Eligible

Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary Offered:

23,000 In-Hand per Month During Training

26,000 In-Hand per Month After Training

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat for international clients

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

Troubleshoot and escalate issues when required

Maintain high service quality standards

Meet process and performance metrics

Preferred Background:

BPO Voice/Non-Voice Experience

Customer Service Experience
