Shift: Australian Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Days Off
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Job Summary
We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join the Insurance Customer Service Process at WNS. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information and delivering quality customer service while adhering to process guidelines and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to insurance policies and services.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines, company policies and compliance requirements.
- Meet defined quality, productivity and customer-service targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in Australian shifts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target- and process-driven workplace.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service/BPO/Insurance Process.
- Candidates should have excellent English communication skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in Australian shifts.
