As we scale our digital ecosystem, growth marketing plays a critical role in driving customer engagement, repeat visits, and long-term brand love.

What Youll Do:

- Plan & Execute Lifecycle Campaigns

Own end-to-end execution of campaigns across Web Push, WhatsApp, RCS, Email, and SMS from strategy and content planning to testing, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.

- CRM Ownership & Optimization

Manage and optimize CRM platforms to ensure high data accuracy, smart segmentation, and personalized communication at scale.

- Customer Journey Design

Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys and workflows to nurture leads, drive ticket sales, and improve retention and repeat visits.

- Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with design, product, tech, and business teams to align lifecycle campaigns with growth, revenue, and customer experience goals.

- Experimentation & Continuous Optimization

Run A/B and multivariate tests across channels, analyse results, and continuously optimize messaging, timing, and targeting.

- Performance Tracking & Insights

Track campaign performance and user behaviour and convert insights into actionable recommendations to drive growth.





- Innovation & Best Practices

Stay updated on CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing trends, including compliance with GDPR, email, and messaging regulations.

- Creative Enablement

Collaborate with designers to create engaging, high-performing, and brand-consistent templates and campaign assets.

KPIs & Success Metrics

Youll be measured on:

- Campaign open rates, CTRs, and engagement rates
- Conversion rate from campaigns to ticket purchases / bookings
- Repeat visitation & retention metrics
- Revenue contribution from CRM and lifecycle channels
- Journey performance (drop-offs, completion rates)
- Incremental lift from A/B experiments
- CRM database health (deliverability, opt-ins, segmentation quality)

What Were Looking For:

- 2-3 years of experience in CRM or growth marketing within a digital-first business.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with high attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like MoEngage, CleverTap , or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into transparent growth insights.
