Role Description The Telemarketer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Telemarketer will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce AVR Swarna Mahal Jewellers offerings, answer inquiries, and provide clear information on products, promotions, and showroom services. Daily tasks include engaging prospective and existing customers, scheduling showroom appointments, updating customer records, and following up on leads to support sales conversions. The role also involves maintaining call logs, adhering to call scripts and brand communication standards, and collaborating with the showroom sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage diverse customers professionally and courteously.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Appointment Scheduling skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate visits efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify customer needs, promote relevant products, and support sales targets over the phone.
- Candidates should have basic computer literacy for using call management systems, CRM tools, and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidates should demonstrate a customer-focused attitude, patience, and resilience in a high-call-volume environment.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, retail, or jewelry sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and local South Indian languages (such as Tamil) is highly beneficial.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional training in sales or customer service is an added benefit.
