Key Responsibilities – Inventory Manager

- Inventory Management: Take complete ownership of all gold and silver inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and control across all stock locations.
- Stock Inwarding: Receive and inward every piece accurately into the inventory system, verifying quantity, weight, SKU, product details, and documentation.
- System vs. Physical Stock: Ensure 100% reconciliation between physical inventory and system records , with regular stock counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Stock Movement: Monitor and record all inward, outward, transfers, returns, repairs, and adjustments to maintain complete inventory traceability.
- Energetic Pricing: Manage and update product pricing based on applicable gold/silver rates, product costs, margins, and business pricing guidelines.
- Inventory Accuracy & Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits; investigate and resolve variances promptly.
- Stock Availability: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure required products are available for sales and online operations.




- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock, movement, valuation, discrepancies, and ageing.
- Opening Operations: Act as the senior lead for morning opening , ensuring stock, systems, counters, and operational readiness before business begins.
- Team Supervision: Guide and supervise inventory/store team members, allocate daily tasks, and ensure adherence to inventory processes.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure proper handling, storage, counting, and movement of high-value gold and silver inventory while following company controls and security procedures.
- Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Dispatch, and Management teams to ensure smooth and accurate inventory flow.
- Process Improvement: Identify inventory gaps, reduce stock discrepancies, and continuously improve inventory control and reconciliation processes.
