Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Experience: 7–15 years in Seafood/Food Processing, preferably with 5-7 years in a QA Manager/Senior QA position.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Fisheries / Microbiology or related field.

• Robust knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, SSOP and Food Safety Management Systems .

• Experience in value-added seafood products such as breaded, battered, marinated, cooked and ready-to-cook products.

• Good knowledge of microbiological, chemical and physical quality controls .

• Experience in raw material, in-process and finished-product quality control .

• Knowledge of FSSAI, export regulations and international customer requirements .

• Experience handling customer, certification and regulatory audits .

• Competent in CAPA, root-cause analysis, complaint handling, traceability and recall procedures .

• Ability to lead and manage the QA/QC team and laboratory activities .

• Good communication, documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.





Preferred: Experience in seafood export processing plants and certifications/working knowledge of ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 / BRCGS .
