Responsibilities:• Responsible for machine up time & down time reports,• Data reporting for MTBF, MTTR and OEE for all blade/other factory equipment.• Perform statistical data analysis on machine down time, analyses root cause and implement corrective actions.• Maintain core data, asset related to Production in EAM.• Create & maintain applicable spare for tools & equipment in system• Establish, maintain, and improve EAM system for factories• Costing & accounting of tools, individual assets in EAM• Creation of recent tools & work orders completion for Quality toolsEAM - Enterprise Asset Management
Qualifications: BE (Mechanical/Electrical) with min 3 - 5 years of experience in Tool & Equipment Maintenance preferably from blade or any other manufacturing.
