and QA to keep a project moving without constant escalationWhat we're looking for2 years of experience, ideally at a smaller tech company or agencyComfortable owning both the delivery side (timelines, task tracking) and the requirements side (understanding what's actually being asked for)Transparent, proactive written and verbal communicationFamiliarity with Zoho Projects or similar project management tools a plus, not mandatoryWhat we valueCulture and communication matter as much as technical skill here. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and can be trusted to run a project without needing to be micromanaged.
