Apart from selling products with themed designssuch as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand is also at the forefrontof the latest youth style and fashion trends.In addition to our core men’s and women’s apparel categories, we have expanded intonew categories and introduced new product lines within existing ones, includingactivewear, personal care products such as perfumes, footwear, and backpacks.Although we are primarily an online brand, we have also expanded into offline retail andcurrently operate 60+ stores, with further pan-India expansion underway.The Souled Store was born out of the idea of loving what you do, from the soul. If you identify with what we do and are interested in being a part of anaggressively growing brand, we would love to have you on board.Role SummaryAs an Associate/Assistant Manager – Retail Projects, you will support the execution of retail storedevelopment projects from planning through store launch. You will work closely witharchitects, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensuresmooth on-ground execution,



timely completion, and adherence to The Souled Store’sdesign, quality, and brand standards.Roles & ResponsibilitiesRetail Project Execution• Support the execution of retail store projects from initial planning to store launch.• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for day-to-dayproject activities.• Assist in ensuring project activities are completed as per agreed timelines andexecution standards.• Proficient in Excel, Power point and Microsoft suite• Track project progress and highlight delays or execution-related issues to theproject team.Design, Planning & On-Ground Execution• Coordinate with architects and designers during store execution.• Review and follow approved layouts, drawings, BOQs, materials, and executionplans.• Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and ensure work is progressingas per approved designs.• Assist in coordinating activities related to civil, carpentry, electrical, fixtures,signage, painting, and other store requirements.• Ensure attention to detail and adherence to brand standards during execution.Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams forproject requirements.• Follow up with vendors on timelines, materials, manpower,



and pending activities.• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth projectexecution.• Support the team in resolving day-to-day site and execution challenges.Quality, Tracking & Documentation• Assist in quality checks and ensure execution meets required standards.• Maintain project trackers, progress reports, site photographs, and otherproject documentation.• Track pending activities and assist in closure of punch-list items before storehandover.• Support the implementation of project processes, SOPs, and tracking mechanisms.Qualifications & Skills• 2 – 6 years of experience in Retail Projects, Store Design, Interior Fit-outs, Construction, or Project Execution.• Freshers with relevant internship/project experience may also be considered.• Basic understanding of retail store execution and interior fit-outs.• Ability to read and understand basic layouts and technical drawings.• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.• Strong attention to detail and execution orientation.• Good knowledge of MS Excel and project tracking tools.• Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multipleactivities simultaneously.• Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, QSR, or retail projects will be an addedadvantage.Why Join Us?Because you won’t just be building stores—you’ll be helping shape how fans experienceThe Souled Store in the real world.
