With a portfolio analyzer in the pipeline, Returns is building a technology-led ecosystem for modern investors and traders, aligned with the applicable SEBI regulatory framework.Role DescriptionThis full-time Product Designer role is an on-site position based in Gurugram. The Product Designer will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and research analysts to design intuitive, data-rich experiences for retail investors. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business and user requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and design systems; conducting user research and usability testing; and iterating on designs based on feedback and analytics. The role also involves creating visual assets, maintaining design consistency across web and mobile, and contributing to the overall product strategy by championing user-centered design principles.Qualifications• Design products and experiences from0→1 , from concept to launch• Translate complex financial workflows intosimple, intuitive user experiences• Own the complete design process — research,
