- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python or Java.n
- Ability to analyze existing configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support solution development and integration activities.n
- Strong technical documentation skills, including the ability to prepare:n

nTraining materials
nKnowledge-transfer documents
nConfiguration guides
nStandard operating procedures
nTechnical runbooks
n• Valuable communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct technical training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
nPreferred Skills

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including application onboarding, authentication, SSO, and identity integration concepts.n
