This role requires hands-on technical depth, proven experience in solution design and system architecture, and the ability to lead engineering teams in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.

- Lead the design, architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services, data pipelines, and complex engineering solutionsn
- Design and build scalable, resilient, and maintainable data pipelines to support large-volume data ingestion, transformation, processing, and delivery across cloud-native platformsn
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, throughput, cost efficiency, monitoring, and fault tolerance while ensuring secure and governed data movementn




- Architect and build high-performance UI backend services using Python and Flask ensuring scalability, reliability, and responsivenessn
- Ensure data quality and integrity through robust validation processesn
- Strong understanding of data integration and data modeling conceptsn
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, review designs and code, and drive engineering best practices across the teamn
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, data scientists, analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical designsn
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to optimize data flow and storage for advanced analyticsn
- Take ownership of key modules and architecture decisions, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, maintainability, and alignment with software development best practicesn
