nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain network automation scripts and tools using Python.n
- Automate network configuration, provisioning, monitoring, validation, and troubleshooting activities.n
- Work extensively with network switches and routers across L2/L3 environments.n
- Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies.n
- Develop automation workflows using APIs, SSH, NETCONF/RESTCONF, and other network interfaces.n
- Integrate automation solutions with network management and monitoring platforms.n
- Perform network health checks, configuration compliance, and operational validation.n
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, and performance issues.n
- Collaborate with network engineering and operations teams to identify automation opportunities.n
- Maintain technical documentation,

nRequired Skills

- Strong programming/scripting experience in Python.n
- Hands-on experience with network routers and switches.n
- Strong understanding of L2/L3 networking concepts.n
- Good knowledge of:n
- VLAN, Trunking, STPn
- TCP/IP, DHCP, DNSn
- Routing protocols such as OSPF and BGPn
- IP addressing and subnettingn
- HSRP/VRRPn
- Experience with network automation frameworks and libraries such as Netmiko, NAPALM, Paramiko, or Ansible.n
- Understanding of REST APIs and network device automation.n
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.n
- Experience with Git/version control and basic CI/CD concepts is preferred.n

nPreferred Qualifications

- Cisco certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are preferred.n
