Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI-powered voice and conversational technology solutions.
- Work with engineering and product teams to translate business and customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop, integrate, test, and maintain platform capabilities supporting voice-based customer experiences.
- Work with APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and enterprise technology components where required.
- Analyse technical and product requirements and contribute to solution design and implementation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product and platform initiatives.
- Contribute to improving platform performance, scalability, reliability, and overall customer experience.
- Support the development of intelligent workflows and automation capabilities for enterprise use cases.
