Role Objective
To lead district -level strategy and execution, ensure performance against targets, manage
stakeholder relationships, and drive operational excellence.
Locations - Jalandhar , Tarn Taran
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation across assigned districts.
- Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops
- Drive beneficiary onboarding and engagement targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews and monitoring
- Build and maintain strong relationships with district/state government stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with reporting timelines and quality standards
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective strategies
- Represent Rocket Learning in district -level meetings
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- 2+ years of experience in operations, education programs, or development sector
- Experience in stakeholder management and team supervision
- Solid analytical and problem -solving skills
- Proficiency in data tracking and performance management
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Fluency in Punjabi (spoken and written) – Mandatory
