- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices in the manufacturing of plastic injection molded products.
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality production processes.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedure manuals, work instructions, and inspection checklists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues related to product defects or non-conformities.
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of assembly process, plant quality, process quality, manufacturing quality, customer quality requirements.
- Proven track record of implementing effective quality management systems (QMS) in an industrial setting.
