- Develop high-quality technical documentation for software products, including user manuals, guides, and release notes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create accurate and concise documentation.

Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in technical writing or related field (e.g., API documentation).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its applications in various industries.
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt tone and style according to audience needs.
- Proven track record of creating transparent, concise, and well-organized technical documentation.
