What You'll Do

- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to domestic customers
- Resolve queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and within the defined TAT
- Give customers clear,



accurate information about products and services
- Deliver a great experience on every call to keep satisfaction high
- Record call details correctly and keep CRM and records updated
- Follow process guidelines along with quality and compliance standards
- Escalate unresolved cases to the right team when needed
