Profile: Team Leader (Recruitment)

Experience Required: 3 years to 6 years in team lead (recruitment)

Location: Namaste Chowk, Karnal

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of at least 7 recruiters
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets for the team and track performance.
- Guide recruiters in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Review candidate profiles and ensure candidates match the job requirements and client expectations.
- Handle and resolve recruitment-related issues faced by team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Train and mentor new and existing recruiters on recruitment processes, sourcing techniques..
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports,



and daily/weekly performance trackers.

Skills Required:

- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment / staffing / consultancy.
- Previous experience of handling or leading a recruitment team is preferred.
- Must have experience managing a team of recruiters.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Good knowledge of candidate sourcing through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
