- mechanical maintenance and engineering operations for API manufacturing and utility systems.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime through effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance practices.
- Manage reactors, centrifuges, dryers, boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, and other critical plant equipment.
- Drive TPM, reliability improvement, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, statutory requirements, and regulatory audit standards.
- Lead plant expansion, equipment installation, qualification, and engineering project execution activities.
- Optimize maintenance costs, spare parts management, utility consumption, and energy efficiency programs.
- Develop and lead engineering teams while coordinating with Production, QA, QC, Projects, and EHS functions for smooth plant operations.
