Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design development from concept to detailed design

- Manage and review architectural drawings, 3D visuals, and presentations

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams

- Hire and mentor junior architects and interns

- Oversee preparation of working drawings, specifications, and documentation

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, bye-laws, and regulations

- Participate in site visits and resolve design-related site issues

- Maintain quality control across all project stages

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture

- 6–10+ years of professional experience in architectural practice

- Strong proficiency in Revit and SketchUp / AutoCAD / 3ds Max / BIM tools

- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing

- Solid design sensibility and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
