Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage employee life cycle from recruitment to exit, ensuring seamless onboarding, joining formalities, background verification, document verification, MIS updation, induction, attendance management.

- Generate offers and manage offer generation process for current hires.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders including employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of HR activities.

- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar field.

- Strong understanding of employee life cycle management principles.
