Role & responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the collection team and daily collection activities.
- Monitor team performance and achieve collection targets.
- Allocate cases and follow up on pending loan accounts.
- Guide and support collection agents in handling customer cases.
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly collection reports.
- Handle escalated customer issues and support the team in resolving them.
- Ensure proper process and company guidelines are followed.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in loan collection/recovery or tele-collection preferred.
- Previous experience in a team handling or supervisory role is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve collection targets.
- Hindi communication is preferred.
- Target-oriented and responsible.
