Role & Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and expertise, responsibilities may include:

- Generating, managing, and converting leads
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable properties
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Negotiating and closing property deals
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Managing and mentoring sales teams at senior levels
- Preparing and presenting sales performance reports to management
