Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop PLC and HMI programs. Test and validate PLC and HMI software for commissioning
readiness.
- Develop visualisation (Weintek, AutomationDirect, etc.) screens for operator assistance.

- Prepare technical and non-technical documentation as per project deliverables.

- Provide technical support to the commissioning team in North America.

- Support in standardisation and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

- In-depth knowledge of Rockwell or Siemens PLC and HMI programming.
- Experience in commissioning automotive assembly processes like BIW weld cells
or general assembly lines.
- Good knowledge of PLC - Robot (Fanuc / Kuka) interface for various applications like
spot-welding, arc-welding, dispensing, projection welding, material handling, etc.

- Positive knowledge of safety systems, including safety PLC and CIP Safety.
