Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for modern design and be able to transform raw videos, photos and ideas into professional, engaging content for social media and digital advertising.

This role will primarily focus on video editing, Reels/Shorts, motion graphics and social media content, along with graphic and photo editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn videos
- Turn raw footage into professional, engaging short-form content
- Add captions, transitions, B-roll, music, sound effects and visual effects
- Create promotional videos, educational videos and client testimonials
- Create basic motion graphics, animated text, lower thirds and logo animations
- Design social media posts, advertisements, thumbnails, banners and promotional creatives
- Professionally edit and retouch photos
- Remove/change backgrounds and perform colour and lighting corrections
- Create multiple variations of advertising creatives for Meta and other digital platforms
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form pieces of content
- Follow company brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual quality
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Graphic Designers and Performance Marketing team




- Complete revisions and urgent creative requests within deadlines
- Maintain organized project files, templates and digital assets
- Perform quality checks for spelling, captions, audio, resolution and branding before final delivery

Required Skills

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Strong understanding of short-form social media content
- Good knowledge of typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Knowledge of AI video/image editing tools will be considered an advantage.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is creative, fast, and detail-oriented, not someone who simply knows how to operate editing software.

You should understand what makes social media content visually engaging and be able to take a basic concept or raw footage and turn it into polished, professional content.
